Description
This is a service aimed at Airbnb income, it can be requested for cleaning houses or residential apartments. In both cases they will include the different cleaning services.
-Garbage collection inside the property and on the terrace.
-Dust off surfaces such as table shelves where dust accumulates at the height of an average person. (Heights that require the use of a ladder are not included, this service will have an extra cost if requested).
-Dirty clothes will be collected from the bathrooms and beds and deposited in a place designated by the owner, the owner must have extra clean bedding and bath towels to be able to place them in their positions (This service does not include washing and the Folding of the clothes this will have a separate cost if necessary).
-Cleaning of surfaces with disinfectant products, surfaces such as tables, bars, countertops, doors, handles, handrails, controls and any other equipment or parts of manual contact with people will be cleaned.
-In the case of scrubbing kitchen utensils, we can offer to relocate the utensils as long as they are clean in the dishwasher (In case you have to put them to wash and then locate them, this could incur an extra charge as well as having to manually scrub a cauldron or casserole that requires manual scrubbing)
-Vacuum the property inside .The terrace is swept with a broom.
-Cleaning the bathrooms: The sink, the bathtub, the mirrors, toilet and floor, with the corresponding products, the containers for the bathroom and toilet paper will be filled. It will be checked that there are no traces of hair.
-Regular cleaning of the kitchen aplaces such as the sink, microway burners, refrigerator and the oven will be checked. (In case any part of the kitchen needs a deep cleaning including the oven will have an extra charge, keep in mind that the equipment may have damage caused by mishandling or use and we will only be responsible for cleaning).
-Cleaning of all the hard floors inside the property, this does not include the terrace, if it is necessary to clean it with water, it will have a separate cost.
-If the property has carpets and requires cleaning this will incur a separate charge and would include cleaning only we are not responsible for any stains that cleaning cannot remove.
-This service is available for the Denver area and 10 miles around it. (If you are outside of this area there may be an extra charge
-This automatic pricing setting adjusts for properties from 1000 square feet to 1600 square feet. If your property exceeds 1600 square feet, please contact us to adjust pricing and cleaning needs for your property.
